Third edition of SYNENERGENE Newsletter
The SYNENERGENE Newsletters provide an audience of interested stakeholders, policy makers and the public at large with information about a wide range of activities undertaken in this four-years project. A nice example of SYNENERGENE's activities is the project's cooperation with the international Genetic Engineering Machine Competition (iGEM), where students are engaged in developing scenarios. In this third edition you will also find articles on standardization in synthetic biology, an event where the public was invited to reflect on the human being 2.0, recent development in gene drive technology that enables rapid introduction of new genetic traits in whole populations, and a number of recent publications in the domain of synthetic biology.
